By using xelys jobs, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

xelys jobs helps users discover, score, track, and prepare job applications. The service can parse resumes and job descriptions, generate draft cover letters, LinkedIn messages, email subjects, talking points, and job-match analysis.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• Only upload resumes, job descriptions, and other content you have the right to use.
• Review and edit AI-generated materials before sending them to employers.
• Do not use the service for spam, harassment, scraping abuse, malware, or illegal activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, billing limits, authentication, or access controls.

AI-generated content

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, generic, or unsuitable for a specific job. You are responsible for deciding whether to use, edit, send, or rely on generated materials. xelys jobs does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employer responses, or employment outcomes.

Accounts and deletion

You can export or delete your account data from the account page. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, abuse the service, or create legal exposure.

Billing

Paid plans, if enabled for your account, are handled through our payment provider. Plan limits, prices, and included usage are shown in the product. Unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable after payment.

Third-party services and job postings

The service may link to third-party job boards, employer sites, payment systems, AI providers, and infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, hiring decisions, policies, or practices.

Intellectual property

We own the xelys jobs product, branding, software, and service design. You keep rights to content you provide. Subject to these terms, you may use generated application materials for your own job-search purposes.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, xelys jobs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or employment outcomes.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product or legal requirements change. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
