Role overview

Xsolla is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build end-to-end solutions and help design scalable architectures. The role focuses on improving performance and reliability across both frontend and backend systems in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Own features from concept through production
Build and maintain frontend and backend capabilities
Design scalable architectures and improve system resiliency
Troubleshoot complex system behaviors and distributed workflows
Continuously optimize performance and reliability
Contribute to microservices and cloud-native platform development

Requirements

Strong proficiency in React and modern frontend development practices
Solid backend expertise in Go (or similar language)
Experience with microservices architecture
Experience with distributed systems
Cloud-native experience using Docker and Kubernetes
Ability to drive work end-to-end, including deployment/production ownership and complex debugging

Nice-to-haves

Experience building in highly dynamic, collaborative engineering teams
