Reporting to the IT team, you will own the reliability of our hardware inventory and contribute to day-to-day on-site support in an international environment across Germany, France, Italy and the approximately 70%</strong></div> <ul class="pb-2 flex flex-col gap-1 list-disc pl-6 text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed"> <li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">Manage the site’s IT stock, including receiving, checking, labelling and storing laptops, smartphones and accessories</li> <li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">Keep the inventory up to date in our asset management tool and ensure the accuracy of serial numbers, assignments and statuses</li> <li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">Follow the full equipment lifecycle, including assignment, return, loan, vendor repair, refurbishment and recycling</li> <li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">Run periodic physical inventories and consistency checks between physical stock and the asset management tool</li> <li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">Monitor stock levels, flag replenishment thresholds and contribute to supplier orders</li> <li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">Prepare devices, including mobile device management enrolment, standard configuration and accessory kits</li> <li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">Propose improvements to stock processes, documentation, automation and key performance class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">Support onboarding and offboarding by preparing, handing over and recovering equipment for joiners and leavers</li> <li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">Run the Berlin IT Corner as a physical point of contact for Doctolibers</li> <li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">Manage meeting room hardware by testing, updating and replacing equipment</li> <li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">Handle level 1 requests and incidents, including basic diagnosis and application access, and escalate to level 2 when needed</li> <li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">Identify recurring requests and contribute to continuous improvement</li>
