Workfront Developer/Admin - 100% Remote

Role Overview

XFORIA Inc is seeking a Workfront Developer/Admin to manage, customize, and optimize its Adobe Workfront platform. This 100% remote role will focus on configuration, workflow automation, user support, integrations, and operational visibility.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Adobe Workfront environment (users, permissions, system configuration)
• Design and build custom workflows, dashboards, reports, and templates
• Configure project structures, queues, request forms, and approval processes
• Build and maintain integrations between Workfront and other systems using APIs and middleware/automation tools
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Gather requirements with stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions
• Provide training and support to end users and promote best practices
• Manage system updates/releases and feature enhancements
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
• Document processes, configurations, and technical solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience with Adobe Workfront administration and/or development
• Strong understanding of Workfront objects (projects, tasks, issues, portfolios)
• Experience with Workfront Fusion (or similar automation/integration tools)
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations
• Proficiency with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis
• Strong problem-solving/analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Nice to Have

• Workfront certification(s)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum
• Familiarity with Jira, Salesforce, or Microsoft Power BI
• Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript or similar)
• Experience in enterprise project management environments
