About the role
Workfront Designer (6-month contract)
Location: Remote (100%)
Responsibilities
- Consult with stakeholders to identify needs, define solution requirements, develop business processes, and craft the roadmap within Workfront and Workfront Planning.
- Prioritize and manage the backlog of work; participate in Workfront Planning core team meetings to set goals and priorities and manage delivery.
- Partner with the DX Data & Technology program management team to create templates, processes, reports, and dashboards for delivery status.
- Coordinate with Adobe Workfront governance to support development, testing, implementation, and rollout of new capabilities.
- Monitor customer success with workflows and provide consulting/configuration to deliver expected value.
- Ensure solution adherence to global standards and Workfront platform governance/compliance.
- Review upcoming Workfront product release functionality and incorporate it to mature current processes.
- Act as the stakeholders’ voice within the enterprise Workfront administrative framework and drive cross-team consensus.
- Collaborate with global teams to align common processes where applicable.
- Develop KPIs and maintain reports/dashboards that track project and operational health.
Requirements
- Experience consulting on and designing workflows/processes in Adobe Workfront / Workfront Planning.
- Ability to manage backlog, define priorities/goals, and participate in core planning team meetings.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with governance/compliance processes and rollout coordination (test/implementation/change management).
- Familiarity with metrics, reporting, dashboards, and operational health monitoring.
