About the role

Role Overview

Workday Prism Architect (hands-on enterprise architect) to lead and expand the organization’s Workday Prism Analytics capability. This 100% remote role is designed for someone who can combine Prism development with architectural ownership to enable scalable, secure analytics across the business.

Responsibilities

Own the architecture for Workday Prism Analytics and post-go-live evolution of Prism capabilities
Design and build data pipelines, datasets, and transformations in Prism
Shape data models and define how data is structured, governed, and consumed across Workday and beyond
Enable scalable and secure enterprise analytics, working with reporting, integration, and functional teams
Define standards, governance, and best practices for Prism development
Integrate external data into Workday and support ETL/data modeling needs

Requirements

Deep expertise in Workday Prism Analytics (pipelines, datasets, transformations, security)
Experience architecting and building Prism solutions/use cases (hands-on)
Strong understanding of Workday data structures, reporting, and calculated fields
Experience with data modeling, ETL, and integrating external data into Workday
Ability to define standards and govern Prism development
Strong cross-functional stakeholder collaboration (technical and functional teams)

Nice to Have

Workday Prism expertise with a proven record of owning an enterprise analytics capability end-to-end
