About the role
Role Overview
Senior Adaptive Architect for a high-growth financial management client. This is a 3–5 month contract engagement with a fully remote working arrangement. You will lead a strategic effort to optimize the client’s Workday Adaptive Planning financial modeling environment.
Responsibilities
- Audit existing Adaptive Planning models comprehensively
- Re-engineer workflows to reduce complexity and improve forecast accuracy
- Partner with FP&A to deliver a more automated, reliable, and user-friendly system
- Improve calculation speed and refine data integrations
- Provide clear documentation and perform knowledge transfer to the internal team
Requirements
- 5+ years of expert-level Workday Adaptive Planning experience
- Strong background in complex FP&A modeling, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
- Consultant mindset: proactive, independent, and communicative
