Werkstudent (m/w/d) Einkauf, Logistik & Prozessoptimierung

Role: Student Intern (Werkstudent) – Purchasing, Logistics & Process Optimization

You’ll support Pro Samed’s teams in purchasing, logistics, and sales, helping improve internal processes with a focus on digitalization and AI.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects across purchasing and logistics, including process analysis and documentation
• Support projects related to the internal patient and administrative system (documentation, organization, testing)
• Capture, analyze, and document processes in procurement, logistics, and adjacent areas
• Help structure and secure departmental knowledge
• Identify opportunities for digitization, automation, and use of AI
• Contribute to cost/benefit (Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtungen) and process analyses in a wholesale setting
• Create reports, presentations, and decision materials for projects and optimization measures

Requirements

• Ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economics Engineering, or a related field
• Interest in business processes, process management, and digitalization
• Enthusiasm for new technologies and initial exposure to AI
• Analytical mindset; ability to understand, structure, and explain relationships
• Independent, reliable, and careful working style
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Communication skills and interest in collaborating with multiple stakeholders/departments

Working conditions

• Up to 20 hours/week, flexible to fit your studies
• Structured onboarding and collaboration with the department lead and specialist teams
• Long-term engagement initially for two years with development opportunities
