Role Overview

Werkstudent:in Software Engineering (m/w/d) at Mischok GmbH in Augsburg. You’ll work in real customer projects with experienced guidance, and your work should have direct impact.

Responsibilities

Implement scoped features in the backend (Java / Spring Boot) and/or frontend (React)
Work with grown/legacy code: identify issues, isolate bugs, and fix them
Write tests and maintain quality for your tasks
Participate in team reviews and alignment meetings; ask questions and contribute ideas
Communicate openly about where you’re at and where you need support

Requirements / Qualifications

Technical (will learn, but early experience is a plus)

Java and Spring Boot
Frontend development with React or Flutter

Soft Skills

Self-organization and self-discipline
Honesty and strong communication with the team and with customers

Mindset

Awareness of how your work affects the team and customers

Nice to Have

Prior experience in backend and/or frontend development (Java/Spring Boot and React/Flutter)

Location & Work Style

Work location: Augsburg
Day-by-day remote work possible by agreement; meetings should be live
