Role: (Werkstudent) Business Development (m/w/d)

You will build paselo’s partner/expert network and drive new partner acquisitions.

What you’ll do

• Ownership of the partner program: from target group definition and outreach to supporting the first partners
• Cold calling (phone-first): research leads, call people who didn’t expect you, and clearly explain in ~30 seconds why the conversation is worthwhile
• Pipeline building & maintenance: research and qualify leads, follow up consistently
• Offer iteration: after repeated calls, identify recurring objections and feed insights back into improving the offer
• Partner activation: ensure signed partners actually recommend; turn commitments into revenue
• Performance tracking: monitor contacted leads, conversion rates, deals, and revenue per partner

Requirements

• Enrolled student (Werkstudent)
• Comfort with phone outreach (enjoys calling)
• High frustration tolerance: repeated rejections don’t derail you
• Strong German communication: clear, friendly, confident at phone level (especially when speaking with busy, older contacts)
• Structured working style
• Uses CRM/calendar tools effectively rather than relying on memory/post-its
