Website Growth Manager

Join lemlist, a profitable B2B SaaS company, as Website Growth Manager. You will own the roadmap and performance of lemlist.com and claap.io, continuously improving the web experience across UX, messaging, design, and conversion.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the website roadmap for lemlist.com and claap.io, managing ongoing updates, launches, and daily improvements.
Run continuous experiments on:
- the homepage
- pricing pages
- product pages
- to identify friction and uncover conversion opportunities.
Use analytics and heatmaps to diagnose issues and prioritize improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing & Growth, Design, and Engineering to ensure alignment and deliver key projects.
Treat the website as a product: ensure pages are clear, on-brand, and built for performance.

Requirements

Own website performance and roadmap (treating the website as a product).
Strong experience running web experiments and using data to drive improvements.
Ability to collaborate with marketing, design, and engineering teams.

Nice-to-haves

Experience optimizing UX, messaging, design, and conversion for B2B SaaS websites.
