Website Experience Manager

About the role

Join Loopio as a Website Experience Manager, where you'll be responsible for the development, optimization, and evolution of our marketing website. This hands-on role combines web development, conversion rate optimization, and AI-enabled development. You'll work closely with the design team, growth marketing, and marketing operations to create effective web experiences that drive pipeline growth. Profile: - 4+ years of experience in web development, management, or a comparable role, ideally within B2B SaaS - Support website-to-CRM integrations across HubSpot and Salesforce, including form configuration, field mapping, lead routing, campaign tracking, attribution and data capture - Strong understanding of responsive development, accessibility, browser compatibility, performance optimization, and technical SEO - Advanced experience with Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, or comparable terminal-based AI development tools - Deep hands on experience developing and maintaining WordPress websites - Demonstrated use of AI coding tools as part of your day-to-day development workflow - Experience working within Git/GitHub branch-based development workflows - Experience with GSAP or comparable JavaScript animation libraries is highly valued - Demonstrated experience running CRO experiments and A/B tests that produced measurable improvements in conversion or business outcomes - Experience working with Gutenberg and modern WordPress block architecture, ideally including Full Site Editing - Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript and PHP, with React experience highly valued - Whether or not your experience ✅ checks off all the boxes on a job posting, we still encourage you to apply to ensure that your application receives a review from our team
