About the role
Role Overview
Web Infomatrix is looking for a Website Designer to create exceptional user experiences. You’ll translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and intuitive, functional designs with strong UI/UX instincts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging, responsive websites for clients across different industries
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Stay current with industry trends and web technologies to keep designs cutting-edge
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure websites meet accessibility and usability standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Website Designer (or similar role)
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
- Experience with design tools such as Figma or Sketch
- Strong portfolio featuring responsive and mobile-friendly web designs
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS (with JavaScript as a plus)
- Excellent visual design skills and strong understanding of user-system interaction
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team
