Website Builder / WordPress Specialist

Role Overview

Build, maintain, and optimize the company’s websites—primarily in WordPress—including pages, landing pages, forms, translations, performance, and basic security.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain web pages, landing pages, and new site sections
• Configure forms, message flows, validation, and integrations
• Make visual and functional adjustments in WordPress
• Maintain multilingual sites (translations and structure)
• Support technical SEO optimizations (basic)
• Investigate and resolve issues related to plugins, caching, forms, and rendering
• Apply basic WordPress security best practices

Requirements / Core Skills

• Advanced WordPress knowledge
• Experience with website builders such as Elementor Pro, Avada, Gutenberg, or similar
• Form plugins such as Contact Form 7, Elementor Forms, Fluent Forms, or equivalents
• Basic webhook integrations
• WPML for multilingual sites
• Security plugins such as Wordfence (or similar)
• Cloudflare basics: DNS, caching, basic rules, SSL, and security
• Technical SEO plugins such as Rank Math or Yoast SEO
• Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Performance and UX: speed optimization, responsive design, Core Web Vitals
• Basic knowledge of Linux/SSH and Google Cloud VM (checking logs, accessing server, restarting simple services)
