About the role

Role Overview

Webflow Engineer (Frontend & CMS) supporting and enhancing an existing Webflow website (including blog and dynamic content). You’ll ship high-quality updates with speed and precision while improving SEO, tracking, and site performance.

Responsibilities

Partner with Product and Design to plan and implement website improvements
Maintain and optimize SEO best practices across the site
Manage and update CMS-driven content (e.g., blog and product-specific pages)
Ensure accurate tracking by validating GA/GTM events for key user interactions and CTAs
Monitor and improve site performance, reliability, and responsiveness

Requirements

Proven experience building and maintaining high-quality websites, with hands-on Webflow expertise
Solid understanding of SEO principles and implementation
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, including event tracking
Strong communication skills and experience collaborating cross-functionally (Product, Design, Engineering)

Nice to Have

Experience working in fast-paced startups
Experience with subscription-based or e-commerce website patterns
Strong UI/UX sensibility and attention to detail
