About the role
Role Overview
Webflow Engineer (Frontend & CMS) supporting and enhancing an existing Webflow website (including blog and dynamic content). You’ll ship high-quality updates with speed and precision while improving SEO, tracking, and site performance.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Design to plan and implement website improvements
- Maintain and optimize SEO best practices across the site
- Manage and update CMS-driven content (e.g., blog and product-specific pages)
- Ensure accurate tracking by validating GA/GTM events for key user interactions and CTAs
- Monitor and improve site performance, reliability, and responsiveness
Requirements
- Proven experience building and maintaining high-quality websites, with hands-on Webflow expertise
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and implementation
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, including event tracking
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating cross-functionally (Product, Design, Engineering)
Nice to Have
- Experience working in fast-paced startups
- Experience with subscription-based or e-commerce website patterns
- Strong UI/UX sensibility and attention to detail
