Webflow Developer

Role Overview

Instawork is seeking an expert Webflow Developer to provide ongoing support for its marketing website (instawork.com). You’ll work primarily with the Growth Marketing Director and SEO Manager on building and maintaining high-quality, responsive marketing pages.

Contract Details

• Type: Ongoing remote part-time contract
• Time commitment: 20 hours/week
• Pay: $90–$110/hour
• Timezone requirement: Pacific Time Zone; candidates must be within 4 hours of PT

Responsibilities

• Create and update website pages, content, and layouts
• Build responsive marketing pages and landing pages from Figma designs
• Create and improve programmatic SEO templates
• Manage Webflow CMS (collections, dynamic templates, and content)
• Build and maintain reusable components and improve the style system
• Add Webflow interactions/animations and lightweight custom JavaScript when needed
• Publish content and perform page QA before/after launch
• Troubleshoot issues across layout, responsiveness, accessibility, and performance
• Maintain consistency, usability, and performance across pages/templates/components
• Communicate with the team via Slack and Zoom

Requirements

• Expert Webflow development skills with ability to build and launch pages quickly
• Advanced experience with Webflow CMS (collections, dynamic binding, templates, filtering, sorting)
• Ability to use Figma to produce fully responsive pages (desktop/tablet/mobile)
• Strong CSS/style system skills and scalable Webflow styling
• Knowledge of semantic HTML, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, schema markup, redirects, and SEO best practices
• Experience with Finsweet Attributes (or similar Webflow libraries)
• Comfort using lightweight JavaScript when Webflow-native tools aren’t enough
• Systems thinking: reusable components that improve consistency and future speed
• Ability to work independently, identify issues, and propose better solutions
• Ability to use AI tools to accelerate work (notably Cursor)

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with web design, content publishing, or motion design

Not a Fit If

• You are still learning Webflow or have only limited professional Webflow experience
• You build pages primarily with unstructured custom styles without scalability/reusability
• You need detailed step-by-step instructions for each implementation decision
