About the role

Role Overview

Web UI/UX Designer at Zscaler (remote, based in the USA). Reporting to the Creative Director within Corporate Marketing and Brand.

Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and monitor user experience for web products.
Define and maintain design patterns and UX standards.
Review user feedback to identify potential defects and areas needing clarity.
Consult on client-side engineering to extend and evolve design systems.
Conduct or use outputs from usability studies and research to create personas and journey maps.
Design onboarding, education, and troubleshooting experiences in partnership with Product Marketing and web development.
Use wireframing and rapid prototyping to invent and validate designs.
Work autonomously while balancing design quality with technical constraints and business requirements.

Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)

Experience creating scalable and extensible design systems, guidelines, responsive web pages, and emails.
Solid graphic design expertise, especially brand design and visual system design.
Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative tools (cut off in source text).
