About the role

Role overview

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Web Product Manager to lead end-to-end planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of web-based products and platforms. The role bridges business needs, user experience, and technical execution, ensuring outcomes are measurable and aligned with client and organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Product strategy & ownership
- Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, roadmap planning, launch, and optimization
- Convert business/client needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog by impact and delivery capacity
- Define success metrics and KPIs to measure product performance
Delivery & cross-functional collaboration
- Partner with developers, designers, QA, and project managers to deliver high-quality work
- Serve as the key stakeholder point of contact for delivery teams
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive alignment
User experience & performance
- Work with UX/UI to deliver intuitive, accessible, conversion-focused experiences
- Monitor performance via analytics, experimentation, and user feedback
- Drive ongoing improvements to functionality, performance, and usability
AI, automation & data (core focus)
- Identify opportunities for AI-powered and data-driven features (e.g., personalization, analytics automation, chatbots, intelligent workflows)
- Collaborate with engineering to evaluate, prioritize, and implement AI-enabled enhancements
- Use data insights to guide experimentation and roadmap decisions
Stakeholder & client management
- Communicate roadmaps, timelines, risks, and trade-offs clearly
- Support client discussions by explaining decisions, value delivered, and outcomes
- Ensure delivery aligns with contractual and service expectations

Requirements

3–6 years experience as a Product Manager / Web Product Manager / Product Owner
Strong experience managing web-based products (websites, portals, dashboards, SaaS)
Ability to write user stories, requirements, and product documentation
Experience working in Agile or Scrum
Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with data-driven or AI-enabled product features

Nice to have

Experience with offshore/outsourced delivery teams
Familiarity with web analytics tools: Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel
Understanding of APIs, CMS platforms, and basic front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience managing multiple products or clients simultaneously
