About the role
Role Overview
Web Platform Engineer to support training AI models. You will create coding challenges for AI chatbots, evaluate their responses, and debug/iterate on solutions to improve model quality.
Responsibilities
- Provide coding challenges to AI chatbots
- Evaluate outputs for correctness and performance
- Review and assess AI model logic and problem-solving quality
- Explain and verify how your solutions address each coding problem
Requirements
- Proficient in at least one programming language: Python and/or JavaScript (also acceptable: C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift)
- Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank-style)
- Strong detail orientation
- Algorithms, data structures, and debugging experience
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree (current/in progress/completed) preferred but not required
Contract & Work Details
- Remote position (full-time or part-time)
- Independent contract
- Hourly pay up to $60 USD/hour with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
- Payment via PayPal; US applicants only
