Role Overview

Join DataAnnotation as a Web Platform Engineer (remote) to help train and evaluate AI models. You will measure chatbot progress, assess response quality, and solve coding problems to improve model outputs.

Responsibilities

Provide coding challenges to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs
Assess AI model responses for correctness and performance
Debug and solve problems to improve the quality of AI model behavior

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one of: Python and/or JavaScript
Strong ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank) and explain how solutions work
Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree (current/in progress/completed)

Compensation & Logistics

Independent contract position, full-time or part-time remote
Hourly pay up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
