Web/Graphic Designer

Role overview

Join Synera as an AI-native Web/Graphic Designer in a 6-person design team. You’ll own the end-to-end design of the Synera website, social media assets, and graphic design across all marketing channels—turning buyer personas and value stories into conversion-focused, implementable experiences.

Key missions

• Own Synera’s website design: create new pages, redesign, and optimize layouts.
• Translate personas into visual narratives by collaborating with the product/content marketing teams.
• Build repeatable AI-powered workflows to automate and scale production of design assets.
• Collaborate with brand and motion designers to deliver consistent experiences across channels.

Responsibilities

• Design for lead generation and conversion (conversion-oriented UX, information hierarchy, and user journeys).
• Create assets across web, social media, email, and print.
• Turn a loose brief into actionable outputs, working comfortably under ambiguity.
• Use analytics insights to inform and improve designs.
• Prototype/implement web changes with minimal developer dependency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B web design, including landing pages and marketing asset creation.
• Proven track record of repeatable AI-powered workflow automation, e.g.:
  • n8n pipelines
  • LLM-based content-to-design workflows
  • batch processing and templated generation chains
• Strong English for working in an international business environment.
• Deep understanding of responsive web design and designing implementable layouts.
• UX thinking: map user journeys, structure hierarchy, and design for specific audience segments.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Comfort working with Webflow (landing pages, content updates, layout tweaks).
• Lead generation/conversion design experience.
• Front-end coding skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript to prototype/implement without developer dependency.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar/heatmaps.
• Experience with design systems at scale.
• Print production experience.

Nice to have / additional strengths

• Motion/animation skills: three.js, Lottie, After Effects, Rive.
• Experience in B2B/SaaS/engineering-audience marketing.
• B2 French (for expansion to France).
