About the role
Role Overview
As a Web Experience Manager, you will take full ownership of a high-impact website experience for a fast-growing technology platform. This is a hands-on role where you build, test, and continuously improve digital experiences from concept through launch, partnering closely with marketing, product, and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and maintain landing pages, templates, and web experiences using a modern (headless) CMS, ensuring scalability and consistency.
- Manage content structures, component libraries, and website functionality to enable efficient page creation and maintenance.
- Translate brand and business goals into conversion-focused, visually compelling web experiences.
- Perform end-to-end QA on releases for performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-device compatibility.
- Own key website performance metrics including Core Web Vitals, site speed, SEO fundamentals, indexing, and technical optimization.
- Analyze user behavior to improve navigation, page layouts, forms, and conversion paths.
- Develop and execute structured A/B testing programs to improve engagement and conversion.
- Create tracking and measurement strategies using analytics tools.
- Implement and maintain event tracking, conversion measurement, and funnel analysis using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Support AI-powered web experiences and use AI tools to accelerate development and content/optimization workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, and others to deliver impactful digital experiences.
- Proactively recommend improvements to increase website effectiveness and support business growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience building and managing marketing, ecommerce, or customer-facing websites.
- Hands-on experience with a headless CMS (e.g., Sanity) including content modeling, schemas, and structured content management.
- Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and TypeScript in component-based front-end environments.
- Experience building/optimizing websites with modern web development frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager for event tracking, conversion measurement, and funnel analysis.
- Strong knowledge of website optimization and conversion rate optimization, including UX, mobile performance, and page hierarchy.
