About the role

Role Overview

Hightouch is hiring a Senior Web Engineer to shape and maintain the company’s public marketing website (hightouch.com). You’ll partner with marketing and design teams to build, iterate, and operate marketing experiences that tell Hightouch’s product story—especially as the company scales rapidly.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, scoping, and implementation of marketing website projects (e.g., new feature pages, blog revamps, and more)
Build CMS-powered interfaces using Sanity so marketers can update content independently
Develop and maintain a design system to keep delivery fast while maintaining high UX standards
Create engaging animations to enhance product storytelling using Motion and GSAP
Apply strong design judgment and attention to detail to reinforce Hightouch’s brand identity across the site

Requirements

5+ years in software/web engineering with strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, CSS, and Next.js
Proven ability to build production-ready web applications in a fast-paced environment
Excellent design taste and meticulous attention to detail
Experience with code-based animations (e.g., Motion/GSAP) or collaboration with creative contractors
Ability to work autonomously, lead and coach other engineers, and collaborate with marketing/design/data teams
Strong understanding of SEO principles, especially around performance, accessibility, and search optimization

Nice-to-haves

Experience building production frontend components with a user-experience-first mindset

Salary

$170,000 - $220,000 USD per year (location independent, remote-first)
Equity via ISO options (plus early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window)
