About the role

Role Overview

Mid-level Web Developer to join a fully remote Web Team at Digital Resource (Sundayy). Reporting to the Website Development Manager, you’ll take client website projects from brief to launch with minimal oversight, then maintain and optimize existing sites.

Responsibilities

Build, customize, and maintain client websites using Webflow and WordPress
Configure Webflow CMS collections, custom templates, and publishing workflows
Develop and modify WordPress themes and plugins to meet client needs
Perform ongoing content updates, plugin management, troubleshooting, and site maintenance across multiple client accounts
Collaborate with designers to deliver pixel-perfect, accessible web experiences
Work with account managers to understand requirements, scope projects, and estimate timelines
Communicate status, surface blockers early, and ensure timely delivery
Optimize for SEO, Core Web Vitals, page speed, and accessibility (WCAG)
Use AI-assisted development tools to speed up coding, debugging, and prototyping
Stay current with Webflow and WordPress updates, features, and best practices

Requirements

2–4 years of professional web development experience in an agency or client-facing environment
Hands-on experience with Webflow (CMS collections, dynamic templates, interactions, publishing workflows)
Hands-on experience with WordPress (custom themes, plugin customization, Gutenberg, ACF Pro)
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive web design
Basic understanding of JavaScript (read/modify/debug scripts in Webflow/WordPress contexts)
Knowledge of UI/UX principles and web accessibility standards (WCAG)
Ability to estimate project timelines and scope from client briefs
Strong troubleshooting and proactive problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Nice to Haves / Growth

Experience using AI-assisted development tools in daily workflows
Interest in expanding into more complex work and additional platforms (mentioned: Shopify, Node.js, React)
