About the role

Role overview

You will join an online retailer as a Senior Full-Stack Developer working on cutting-edge projects in a 100% remote setup with flexible working hours. The role is especially focused on PHP MVC and MySQL, with additional strengths expected across frontend and eCommerce platforms.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain full-stack features with a strong PHP MVC backend.
Develop backend services using MySQL and REST APIs.
Implement frontend functionality using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (and modern JS frameworks where applicable).
Work with eCommerce platforms such as WordPress and frameworks/platforms like Laravel and Magento.
Communicate effectively in written and oral form.

Requirements

Strong full-stack development experience.
Backend expertise: PHP, MVC architecture, MySQL, and REST APIs.
Frontend experience: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, plus familiarity with modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Magento, WordPress, Drupal, and Joomla.
Strong written and oral communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

Background with additional frameworks/platforms including Laravel, CakePHP, Magento, Joomla, or Drupal.
