About the role

Role Overview

The Web Developer supports the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of unique web applications.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into functional requirements and detailed technical designs
Code and test web applications; maintain, support, and upgrade existing applications
Build reusable JavaScript libraries/components to ensure consistent UI
Collaborate with service developers to integrate server-side code
Write well-documented code and maintain internal style guides and UX best practices

Requirements

5+ years of professional software development experience
Proficiency with:
- HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
- JavaScript, jQuery/AJAX
- JSX, Webpack
- PHP, ReactJS, React Router
- NX, Zustand
Experience with UX/UI and responsive web design
Experience working with XML & JSON data structures
Understanding of cross-browser, cross-platform, and cross-device compatibility
Strong testing and debugging skills (e.g., Jest)
Knowledge of version control and source repositories: Git, SVN
Experience working in an Agile environment

Nice-to-haves

Expertise with maintaining/updating style guides and UX best practices
