About the role

Role Overview

Web Developer Intern (remote) for a period of 1 to 6 months. This internship provides hands-on experience building and improving websites on real projects, with mentorship from experienced developers.

Responsibilities

Assist in development and maintenance of websites
Collaborate with the team to implement design and functionality requirements
Participate in code reviews to maintain quality standards
Support creation of user-friendly interfaces
Optimize websites for performance and responsiveness
Help troubleshoot technical issues
Contribute ideas for new features and improvements
Attend team meetings and document work effectively
Learn the full web development cycle from conception to deployment

Requirements

Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Basic understanding of responsive design principles
Familiarity with Git (version control)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proactive attitude and excellent communication
Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Nice to Have

Basic knowledge of frameworks such as React or Angular
Portfolio or personal projects demonstrating web development interest/skills
Prior internship experience (not required)
