About the role

Role Overview

Develop and maintain large-scale web applications for healthcare administration products used by patients. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, prototype solutions, and deliver well-documented technical designs.

Responsibilities

Participate in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to define business specifications
Create comprehensive technical design documents, including UML diagrams
Rapidly prototype and present conceptual designs and working prototypes to clients
Design, develop, document, test, and debug large-scale web applications
Monitor and troubleshoot web applications, diagnose errors, and implement fixes

Requirements

3+ years of application development experience with web technologies
Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
In-depth knowledge of WCAG 2.0/2.1/2.2 accessibility standards
Ability to apply design patterns to recurring software development problems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

Prior experience with healthcare and Medicaid systems
