About the role
Role overview
As a Web Developer/Designer, you’ll help train and improve AI models by evaluating and refining how they understand and generate design work. You’ll use your UI/UX and design expertise to critique AI outputs and provide detailed feedback that shapes the next generation of AI design tools.
Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate model outputs for correctness and performance
- Assess aesthetic quality and user-centered design to help improve model understanding
- Contribute to design-specific training projects (e.g., UI/UX critique, product visuals, aesthetic evaluation, presentations, and creative deliverables)
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress or completed acceptable)
Nice to have
- Experience applying through the core assessment, then completing a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design
Compensation & work model
- Remote (full-time or part-time)
- Choose which projects to work on and work on your own schedule
- General AI training: $25–$30+ USD/hr; design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hr, with bonuses for exceptional work
