About the role

Role overview

You will act as a Web Developer/Designer helping train and improve AI models in a design-specific domain. You’ll review AI-generated design work (interfaces, layouts, visuals, and UX), then provide detailed feedback to improve the model’s aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance
Help train models on aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Provide insights that influence how AI tools better support designers

Project focus (after qualification)

UI/UX critique
Product visuals
Aesthetic evaluation (e.g., presentations and creative deliverables)

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s preferred (in progress or completed)

Compensation & work model

Remote full-time or part-time
Choose which projects you want to work on; work on your own schedule
Pay:
- General AI training projects: $25–$30+ USD/hour
- Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hour
- Bonuses for exceptional work
