Role Overview

Web Developer/Designer to help train cutting-edge AI models by evaluating and improving how AI understands, generates, and assesses design work.

What You’ll Do

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance
Provide detailed feedback to help models improve:
- aesthetic quality
- usability and user-centered design
- visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Contribute to design-focused projects (once qualified), including:
- UI/UX critique
- Product visuals
- Aesthetic evaluation (e.g., presentations and creative deliverables)

Project / Training Path

Apply via the general core assessment
Complete a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design
After approval, access general AI training projects and design-specific projects

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s preferred (current/in-progress/completed)

Compensation & Work Details

Remote role (full-time or part-time)
Choose projects and set your own schedule
Pay starts at:
- $25–$30+ USD/hr for general AI training projects
- $40+ USD/hr for design-focused projects
Bonuses available for exceptional work
Payment via PayPal
