About the role

Role overview

You’ll work as a Web Developer/Designer to help train and improve AI models’ ability to understand, generate, and evaluate design work. You’ll assess AI outputs and provide detailed feedback to strengthen the model’s aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

What you’ll do

  • Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
  • Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
  • Help train models on aesthetic quality and user-centered design
  • Contribute to design-specific projects such as:
    • UI/UX critique
    • Product visuals
    • Aesthetic evaluation (e.g., presentations and creative deliverables)

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
  • Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
  • Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
  • Bachelor’s preferred (current/in-progress/completed)

Compensation & logistics

  • Remote (full-time or part-time)
  • Choose which projects to work on; work on your own schedule
  • General AI training projects: $25–$30+ USD/hour
  • Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hour
  • Bonuses for exceptional work
  • Payment via PayPal
