About the role
Role overview
Web Developer/Designer to help train and improve cutting-edge AI models. You’ll evaluate and refine how AI systems understand, generate, and assess design work, including interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences.
What you’ll do
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance
- Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
- Provide detailed feedback that improves the AI’s sense of usability, aesthetics, and creative quality
- Contribute to design-specific projects (e.g., UI/UX critique, product visuals, aesthetic evaluation, presentations, and creative deliverables)
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed), but not required
Compensation & logistics
- Remote (full-time or part-time)
- Choose projects and work on your own schedule
- Rates: $25–$30+ USD/hr for general AI training projects; $40+ USD/hr for design-focused projects
- Bonuses for exceptional work
- Independent contract; payment via PayPal
