Web Developer/Designer

Role overview

You will help train and improve AI models by assessing and enhancing how they understand, generate, and evaluate design work. Using your UI/UX and visual design expertise, you’ll review AI-generated interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences—then provide detailed feedback to refine the model’s aesthetics and usability.

Responsibilities

• Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
• Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
• Help train models to better understand:
  • Aesthetic quality
  • User-centered design

Qualifications

• Fluent English (native or bilingual)
• Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
• Strong understanding of:
  • Visual hierarchy
  • Interaction design
  • User flows
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) preferred but not required

Hiring process (as described)

• Apply through the general core assessment
• Complete a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design
• If approved, you’ll access general AI training projects and be invited to design-specific projects (e.g., UI/UX critique, product visuals, aesthetic evaluation)

Compensation & work model

• Remote independent contract role
• You can choose which projects you work on and set your own schedule
• Rates:
  • General AI training: $25–$30+ USD/hour
  • Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hour
  • Bonuses for exceptional work
• Payment via PayPal (no money requested from applicants)
