About the role

Role Overview

You’ll work as a Web Developer/Designer to help train AI models for visual and design understanding. You will review AI-generated design outputs and provide detailed feedback to improve aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance
Help train models on aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Provide feedback that improves UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation outputs

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed)

Nice to Have

Experience contributing to design critique, product visuals, or creative/design deliverables

Compensation & Logistics

Independent contract role (full-time or part-time)
Remote; choose your own projects and work on your own schedule
General AI training projects: $20+ USD/hour
Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hour
Bonuses for exceptional work
