About the role

Role Overview

Web Developer/Designer to help train and improve AI models. You will assess and enhance how AI systems understand, generate, and evaluate design work—particularly interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance
Provide detailed feedback to improve the model’s sense of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality
Contribute to design-specific training projects (e.g., UI/UX critique, product visuals, aesthetic evaluation)

Qualifications

Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed)

Nice-to-Haves

Approval via a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design after an initial core assessment

Compensation & Logistics

Remote, full-time or part-time
Flexible schedule and ability to choose projects
General AI projects: $20+ USD/hr
Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hr, with bonuses for exceptional work
Independent contract; payment via PayPal
