About the role

Role Overview

Web Developer/Designer (AI Training/Design Evaluation) You will help train and improve AI models by assessing and enhancing how AI systems understand, generate, and evaluate design work. Using your UI/UX and design expertise, you’ll review AI outputs and provide detailed feedback to improve aesthetics, usability, and overall creative quality.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate AI output for correctness and performance
Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Support design-specific projects such as:
- UI/UX critique
- Product visuals
- Aesthetic evaluation (e.g., presentations and other creative deliverables)

Qualifications

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of:
- Visual hierarchy
- Interaction design
- User flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
