About the role
Role Overview
Web Developer/Designer (Remote) You’ll help train and improve cutting-edge AI models by critiquing and evaluating AI-generated design work—including interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences. Your feedback will refine the model’s understanding of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality, directly shaping how new AI tools support designers.
What You’ll Do
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate output quality for correctness and performance
- Help train models to better understand:
- aesthetic quality
- user-centered design
- Contribute to design-specific projects such as:
- UI/UX critique
- product visuals
- aesthetic evaluation (e.g., presentations and creative deliverables)
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of:
- visual hierarchy
- interaction design
- user flow
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed)
Compensation & Work Setup
- Remote full-time or part-time
- Choose which projects you want to work on; work on your own schedule
- General AI training projects: $20+ USD/hour
- Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hour
- Bonuses for exceptional work
- Payment via PayPal (no money requested from applicants)

- This is an independent contract position
