About the role
Role overview
Web Developer/Designer for AI model training. You will assess and improve how AI systems interpret and produce design outputs—covering interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visual materials
- Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
- Help train models on aesthetic quality and user-centered design
- Provide detailed feedback to refine the model’s understanding of usability and creative quality
Qualifications
- Fluent English (native or bilingual)
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress or completed)
Nice to have / process
- Apply through a general core assessment, then complete a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design
- After approval, participate in both general AI training projects and design-specific projects (e.g., UI/UX critique, product visuals, aesthetic evaluation)
Contract, schedule, and compensation
- Full-time or part-time REMOTE (independent contract)
- Choose which projects you work on; work on your own schedule
- Pay via PayPal
- General AI training: $20+/hr
- Design-focused projects: $40+/hr (bonuses for exceptional work)
