About the role

Role overview

Web Developer/Designer for AI model training. You will assess and improve how AI systems interpret and produce design outputs—covering interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visual materials
Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
Help train models on aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Provide detailed feedback to refine the model’s understanding of usability and creative quality

Qualifications

Fluent English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress or completed)

Nice to have / process

Apply through a general core assessment, then complete a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design
After approval, participate in both general AI training projects and design-specific projects (e.g., UI/UX critique, product visuals, aesthetic evaluation)

Contract, schedule, and compensation

Full-time or part-time REMOTE (independent contract)
Choose which projects you work on; work on your own schedule
Pay via PayPal
General AI training: $20+/hr
Design-focused projects: $40+/hr (bonuses for exceptional work)
