About the role

Role overview

Web Developer/Designer to help train and improve AI models by evaluating and critiquing AI-generated design work. You’ll use your UI/UX and design expertise to improve the model’s understanding of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate AI output for correctness and performance
Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Contribute to design-focused projects such as:
- UI/UX critique
- Product visuals
- Aesthetic evaluation (e.g., presentations and creative deliverables)

Qualifications

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of:
- Visual hierarchy
- Interaction design
- User flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Preferred / selection process

Apply through general core assessment, then complete a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design
After approval, you’ll be invited to contribute to design-specific training projects

Compensation & work setup

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Choose which projects to work on and work on your own schedule
Pay via PayPal
General AI training: $20+ USD/hr
Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hr (bonuses for exceptional work)
