About the role

Role overview

You’ll work as a Web Developer/Designer helping train and improve AI models. Your job is to assess and enhance how AI systems understand, generate, and evaluate design work, with an emphasis on interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences.

What you’ll do

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visual deliverables
Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance
Provide detailed feedback to improve the model’s sense of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality
Help train models on user-centered design and aesthetic evaluation (including presentations and creative deliverables)

How it works

Apply first through the general core assessment
Complete a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design
Once approved, you can access general AI training projects and design-specific projects (e.g., UI/UX critique, product visuals, aesthetic evaluation)

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress or completed), but not required

Compensation & work setup

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Choose which projects you want; work on your own schedule
General AI training: $20+ USD/hr
Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hr
Bonuses for exceptional work
Independent contract; payment via PayPal
