About the role

Role Overview

You’ll help train AI systems to better understand and evaluate design work. Using your UI/UX and web design expertise, you’ll review AI-generated outputs and provide detailed feedback to improve aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

Key Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
Help train models to better understand:
- aesthetic quality
- user-centered design
Contribute to design-specific projects such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation (including presentations and creative deliverables)

Qualifications

Fluent English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s degree preferred (current, in progress, or completed), but not required

Nice to Haves / Process

Apply through a general core assessment, then complete a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design
After approval, access general AI training projects and design-specific projects

Work Details & Compensation

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Choose projects and work on your own schedule
Pay via PayPal
Rates:
- General AI training: $20+ USD/hr
- Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hr
- Bonuses for exceptional work
