Web Developer/Designer

Role Overview

You will help train and improve cutting-edge AI models by assessing and enhancing how AI systems understand, generate, and evaluate design work—especially interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences. You’ll use your UI/UX and design expertise to review AI outputs, provide detailed feedback, and refine the model’s sense of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

Responsibilities

• Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance
• Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
• Contribute to design-specific projects such as:
  • UI/UX critique
  • Product visuals
  • Aesthetic evaluation (e.g., presentations and creative deliverables)

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual English fluency
• Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required

Compensation & Work Setup

• Remote full-time or part-time
• Choose which projects you want to work on and work on your own schedule
• Pay via PayPal
• General AI training projects: $20+/hr
• Design-focused projects: $40+/hr
• Bonuses for exceptional work
