About the role
Role Overview
You’ll work as a Web Developer/Designer helping train and improve AI models. You’ll evaluate AI-generated design work—interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences—and provide detailed feedback to improve aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.
What You’ll Do
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Assess quality of AI outputs for correctness and performance
- Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
- Contribute to design-specific projects (e.g., UI/UX critique, product visuals, aesthetic evaluation, presentations, and creative deliverables)
Qualifications
- Fluent English (native or bilingual)
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed), but not required
Compensation & Logistics
- Independent contract role
- Remote (full-time or part-time); choose your projects and your schedule
- General AI training: $20+ USD/hr
- Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hr
- Bonuses for exceptional work
- Payment via PayPal
