About the role
Role Overview
Web Developer/Designer to help train and improve AI models’ ability to understand, generate, and evaluate design work—especially UI/UX, layouts, visuals, and user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
- Provide detailed feedback to improve the model’s understanding of:
- Aesthetic quality
- Usability and user-centered design
- Visual and presentation/creative deliverables (e.g., product visuals)
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed)
How It Works
- Apply through general core assessment, then complete a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design
- After approval, work on general AI training projects and be invited to design-specific projects
Compensation & Work Setup
- Full-time or part-time remote; choose projects and set your own schedule
- General AI training projects: $20+ USD/hr
- Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hr
- Bonuses for exceptional work
- Payment via PayPal (no money requested from applicants)
