About the role
Role Overview
Web Developer/Designer for training and improving AI models’ ability to understand and evaluate design work. You’ll review AI-generated UI/UX, interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences, then provide detailed feedback to improve aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.
What You’ll Do
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
- Help train models on aesthetic quality and user-centered design
- Contribute to design-specific projects such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation (e.g., presentations and creative deliverables)
Requirements
- Fluent English (native or bilingual)
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress or completed), but not required
Compensation & Work Model
- Full-time or part-time remote independent contract role
- Choose which projects you want to work on and set your own schedule
- General AI training: $20+ USD/hour
- Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hour
- Bonuses for exceptional work
- Payments via PayPal
