About the role

Role Overview

Web Developer/Designer for training and improving AI models’ ability to understand and evaluate design work. You’ll review AI-generated UI/UX, interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences, then provide detailed feedback to improve aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

What You’ll Do

  • Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
  • Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
  • Help train models on aesthetic quality and user-centered design
  • Contribute to design-specific projects such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation (e.g., presentations and creative deliverables)

Requirements

  • Fluent English (native or bilingual)
  • Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
  • Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress or completed), but not required

Compensation & Work Model

  • Full-time or part-time remote independent contract role
  • Choose which projects you want to work on and set your own schedule
  • General AI training: $20+ USD/hour
  • Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hour
  • Bonuses for exceptional work
  • Payments via PayPal
