About the role
Role Overview
DataAnnotation is hiring a Web Developer/Designer to help train AI systems to better understand and evaluate design work. You will review AI-generated UI/UX designs and provide detailed feedback to improve the model’s aesthetics, usability, and overall creative quality.
Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
- Provide feedback that improves the model’s understanding of:
- Aesthetic quality
- User-centered design
- Usability and creative deliverables
- Participate in general AI training projects and (after qualification) design-specific projects such as:
- UI/UX critique
- Product visuals
- Aesthetic evaluation (e.g., presentations and other creative deliverables)
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of:
- Visual hierarchy
- Interaction design
- User flow
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
Compensation & Work Details
- Remote (full-time or part-time)
- You can choose which projects you work on and work on your own schedule
- Pay:
- General AI training: $20+/hr USD
- Design-focused projects: $40+/hr USD
- Bonuses for exceptional work
- Independent contract position; payment via PayPal
Location
