Role overview

DataAnnotation is hiring a Web Developer/Designer to help train and improve AI models. You will review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs and visuals, providing feedback that improves the model’s understanding of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate quality of AI outputs for correctness and performance
Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
A current/in-progress/completed Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)

Compensation & logistics

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Choose which projects you want; work on your own schedule
General AI training projects: $20+/hr
Design-focused projects: $40+/hr, with bonuses for exceptional work
Payment via PayPal
