About the role

Role Overview

Web Developer/Designer to help train and improve AI models by assessing and enhancing how AI systems understand, generate, and evaluate design work (interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences).

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
Provide detailed feedback to improve aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Help refine the model’s sense of usability, aesthetics, and creative quality
Contribute to design-specific projects (e.g., UI/UX critique, product visuals, aesthetic evaluation, presentations, creative deliverables)

Qualifications

Fluent English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s (current/in progress/completed) preferred but not required

Compensation & Work Details

Remote, full-time or part-time; choose projects and work on your own schedule
General AI training projects: $20+ USD/hour
Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hour (with bonuses for exceptional work)
Payment via PayPal; PayPal handles currency conversions from USD

Location / Eligibility

Only applicants in the United States will be considered
Independent contract position
