About the role
Role Overview
Web Developer/Designer to help train and improve AI models by assessing and enhancing how AI systems understand, generate, and evaluate design work (interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences).
Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
- Provide detailed feedback to improve aesthetic quality and user-centered design
- Help refine the model’s sense of usability, aesthetics, and creative quality
- Contribute to design-specific projects (e.g., UI/UX critique, product visuals, aesthetic evaluation, presentations, creative deliverables)
Qualifications
- Fluent English (native or bilingual)
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Bachelor’s (current/in progress/completed) preferred but not required
Compensation & Work Details
- Remote, full-time or part-time; choose projects and work on your own schedule
- General AI training projects: $20+ USD/hour
- Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hour (with bonuses for exceptional work)
- Payment via PayPal; PayPal handles currency conversions from USD
Location / Eligibility
- Only applicants in the United States will be considered
- Independent contract position
