About the role

Role overview

You will help train and improve AI models by evaluating and critiquing AI-generated design outputs. Using your UI/UX and web design expertise, you’ll provide detailed feedback to strengthen the model’s sense of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
Help train models on aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Support design-focused training projects such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation

Qualifications

Fluent English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Nice to have

Completion of the Web & UI/UX Design qualification after the general core assessment

Employment & logistics

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Flexible schedule and ability to choose which projects to work on
Independent contract work; payments made via PayPal

Compensation

General AI training projects: $20+/hr USD
Design-focused projects: $40+/hr USD
Bonuses for exceptional work
